“Introduction to Permaculture”

A practical, short course. Febr-March 2026

This course will be engaging and really practical, through a hybrid approach of in person and online gatherings. You will learn and apply how permaculture can support you living a more harmonious life aligned with your values.

Dates for the course!

  1. Saturday 07/02/26 1.30pm till 4pm IN PERSON (Levenshulme Old Library, M19)
  2. Wednesday 18/02/26 6pm till 8.30pm ONLINE
  3. Wednesday 25/02/26 6pm till 8.30pm ONLINE
  4. Saturday 07/03/26 2pm till 4pm IN PERSON (Levenshulme Old Library, M19)

During the course we will explore together a deeper introduction to:

  • The permaculture ethics;
  • The 12 Holmgren permaculture design principles;
  • Two versatile permaculture frameworks; and
  • Four permaculture tools

These, collectively, will enable you to become familiar with how permaculture design can support you in your daily life, and how to implement the learning in projects that are important to you and that, aligned with your values, respond to permaculture thinking.

We will present and celebrate our designs to each other in the 4th and final session at Levenshulme Old Library!

“Thanks, (the workshop) has sparked something, look forward to the course 😊” (participant from Nov ’25 Permaculture workshop)
